  My cousin was just here yesterday and she was told that because of her pain level she should come in and see her doctor. She mentioned that she was 30 minutes away and would never make the appointment time. The woman then said not to worry about it, get here when you can. She did just that and the front desk not only turned her away but was incredibly rude and nasty to her. Completely unacceptable to work in the health care field and treat someone like that. To add insult to injury, the woman who calls herself Cheryl then accused her of abusing drugs and that was the only reason she was there. Currently looking for an HR department or an administrator because that is not only unprofessional and degrading to speak to someone who is there to see a doctor but completely and utterly unacceptable.
